What we collect
When you use AmiPhotos we process only what the service needs: the photo you upload, the document type you select, and — if you make a purchase — the email you enter at checkout for delivery and your receipt. Payments are handled by our payment provider (Dodo Payments); your card details never reach our servers.
How your photo is used
Your uploaded photo is used exclusively to generate your document photo: cropping, sizing, background replacement and compliance checks. We never use your photos to train AI models, and we never sell, share or republish them.
How long we keep it
Uploaded photos and generated results are automatically deleted within 24 hours. If you purchase a download, your paid result is kept for 7 days so you can re-download it, then deleted. We keep only minimal order records (email, document type, amount) as required for accounting.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. No personal identification is performed and your photos are never part of any analytics data.

You may request deletion of any remaining data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 5 business days.
